Return & Refund Policy

At The Natural Aesthetic Essentials, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your collagen supplement, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of ingestible health products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Unopened Items

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Item

 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products returned after the 14-day window
