Our subscription service makes it easy to stay consistent with your wellness routine. Subscribe to an eligible Natural Aesthetic Essentials product and receive 10% off every monthly order.

Your selected products will be delivered automatically each month, so you won’t need to remember to reorder.

How Your Subscription Works

• Save 10% on every subscription order
• One order is processed each month
• A minimum commitment of three monthly orders applies
• Your initial subscription purchase counts as your first order
• After the third order, your subscription continues monthly until cancelled
• Payment is taken automatically using the payment method provided at checkout
• The price and next billing date will be displayed when you subscribe

By starting a subscription, you agree to purchase and pay for a minimum of three monthly orders.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may request cancellation at any time by emailing the.naturalaestheticstudio@gmail.com.

If you have not yet completed the three-order minimum commitment, we will record your request and cancel the subscription after your third monthly order has been processed.

Once the minimum commitment has been completed, please email us at least 7 days before your next billing date to prevent another order from being processed.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. Your subscription is not considered cancelled until you receive confirmation from us.

Orders already processed, dispatched or delivered cannot normally be cancelled through the subscription-cancellation process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pausing Your Subscription

Need a little more time between deliveries? You may request one pause of up to one month by emailing the.naturalaestheticstudio@gmail.com before your next billing date.

After the one-month pause:

• Your subscription will restart automatically
• Your usual monthly payments and deliveries will resume
• The pause does not count as one of your three required monthly orders
• Your minimum three-order commitment will continue from where it stopped

We recommend checking the restart date provided in your pause-confirmation email.

Changes to Your Subscription

Please email us if you need to:

• Update your delivery address
• Change an eligible product
• Update your payment information
• Request your one-month pause
• Ask about your next billing date

Requests must be received before an order is processed. We cannot guarantee changes to orders that have already entered fulfilment.

Failed Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful, we may attempt to collect it again using the payment method connected to your subscription. Your order may be delayed until payment is received.

A failed or missed payment does not cancel the subscription or count towards the three-order minimum commitment.

Cooling-Off Period and Statutory Rights

Your subscription commitment does not affect your legal rights.

When you enter into a subscription online, you may have a statutory cooling-off right. If you wish to exercise this right, contact us promptly at the.naturalaestheticstudio@gmail.com.

Products returned under an applicable cancellation right must be handled appropriately. For health and hygiene reasons, we may be unable to accept a returned supplement if its protective seal has been broken, where the relevant legal exception applies.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

Please make sure you understand that:

• This is a recurring monthly subscription
• You will receive 10% off each subscription order
• You are committing to a minimum of three paid monthly orders
• Your subscription continues automatically after the third order
• You must actively cancel it if you do not want further deliveries
• A pause lasts for a maximum of one month before automatic billing resumes
